Thanks Brock, everything just flowed together on that one.

Semo, Thank you. Lingcod is a bottom fish off the Pacific coast. Long bodies and big ugly heads. They can get up to about 6 feet and 30-40 lbs

Fantastic, love the skins, great job!!
Always say what you mean, that way people will know you mean what you say.

Thanks Guys,

Two Tracks, Yes the snake is over the lingcod. The ling cod adds some protection and is real colorfull when fresh but loses some of the color when dried and can be fairly plain. I had always wanted to try this idea and I'm pleased with how it worked.

Keenan,
That is truely an awesome bow. I take it the ling cod darken the snake skin.
You for got to tell folks that ling cod is not only one of the ugliest, most agressive fish but is hands down one of the finest to be had on the table. Better than Halibut even.
Great Job. Semo See we could hit him on our way to Dicks Place. LOL
Again great JOB!

Great looking bow, but it's too short for my draw length. It looks like it's all sapwood, does that work better than the heartwood? I have some mountain mahogany lumber I was going to use with bamboo backing.
I didnt miss, thats right where I was aiming

Damn fine looking bow Keenan, of course we expect no less from ya eh:)
