That particular type of Copperhead has got to be the all time nicest bow skin.  Love the carmel colors.  Nice bow too Kerry  ;)

Kenny, a few years ago I was run out on my evening stand(2 nights in a row) by a brown thrasher dive bombing me. This happened after sunset each evening, just as the woods were getting deery.
It wasn't until after the second time as I walked frustrated back to camp that I realized  it wasn't me he was after but the copperhead skinned bow on my lap. Being a ground bird I bet the copperhead is the dreaded enemy of the brown thrasher.

Romans 8:11 And if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you.He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who lives in you.

Hope I can get mine to turn out half that nice. I like those copperhead too. I have been hoping to find one that was matched close but all mine are a bit different. I need to break em out and back my next bow with skins. I have copperhead and milk snake both.   Danny

It is a wonder that there is a copper head left with the way this bow turned out.
Sidewinder you get them locally, when state side I leave near Manhattan, I have yet to see one but I know they are there.

Great job on the skins Kerry!!!!!
I've spent a lot of time in the woods over the past 50 years, don't know that I've ever seen a copperhead, a few rattlers though.
