If anyone remembers this bow back in the day, I gave it a new look recently.

I never really liked how it shot after it was finished.....the full draw looked great, I thought the design was decent..but it just had too much handshock..I tried to re-tiller...and I tried a bunch of things.  Finally, I thought I would chop it, slim it down and see what happens.  I chopped 2 inches off each side, slimmed down the limbs, trapped and trapped until I got it to this.  The tips are still static for the last 3 inches or so.  The finish is a couple coats of Thunderbird flat.

It does shoot better, a little too heavy for me but that is ok (it is about 58# @ 28") and I really like the looks of it now.  I also did my file work on the front and back. Check it out:

I absolutely love that tiller...great looking bow, Brad!

I like the look of this one much more than the original. Just alittle too much curve in th etips for me. How long did it end up being. Looks short but the angles don't look too extreme at all. very nice.

It ended up being about 51".  I think it has an inch or two more in draw (from the pic) prior to any significant stack.

You have the shorties down! Still like the file work on the glass.
