Fall Season Arrows and Quiver Done

Got a set of five broadheads, one judo, and two blunts done the other day.  Also got my quiver finished (complete with skinning knife.)  The arrows are stained with a stain made from blackberries, blueberries, ink, and alcohol.  The flu-flu fletches are two spiral wound full-length feathers (one turkey, one goose.)  I converted the screw-in judo point to glue on because I'm impatient and didn't want to order the glue-on.  The blunts are made from a piece of brass tubing that was tapered and tipped with a hardwood dowel plug soaked in superglue. (Really give a squirrel a headache     )  The broadhead is for smaller game and made from one of my grandad's old saw blades reinforced with brass tubing and secured with a pin.  (I followed the method found in the TTB). The four field tips with be replaced with two-blade Zwickey broadheads for turkey hunting.

I use a nail punch to flare the ends of the brass tubing.  I buy the stuff dirt cheap at Ace Hardware.  It's an easy way to make homemade glue-on tips (I attach them with Bohning's hot melt.)  The blunts and judo can both be removed.  Also, I've made some broadheads like the one shown that are removable.  Also, it's adds weight to my homemade heads, as they and my arrow shafts tend to be a bit light.  Thanks for looking!
