AIR HOSE BOW FORM DESIGN

Hi,

I've made plenty of laminated bows, but have never used

a) heat box (I use G2 epoxy which cures at normal temperatures in 24 hours)

b) air hose form

I'd like to try the air hose form without the smooth-on or heat box, but I don't know how people are using them.

Anybody got any useful ideas about this?  Is there a design for these in one of these buildalongs?
