I have the DAP brand, anyone know if it would be any good? Thought about doing a test run. It's about 18 years old. That's about how long it's been since I spliced any osage!

I believe the shelf life of Resorcinol is one year.  I have used some when it was three years old without any problems, but I kept it in the frig whenever it wasn't being used.  Personally I wouldn't use th estuff you have.
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

Thanks Walt and Roy for your replys! I was sure that I had heard it was short lived. I think Gary Davis had said this. I'm not sure how long it sat on the shelf when I bought it,no experation date. Have you ever checked the dates on  liquid hide glues, tite bonds or other glues? It might suprise you, thanks gentlemen!
