Gents this is one I finished recently.Decided to try and make a bigger one for the guys that want to do heavy work. This one is super smooth with solid lock up.Put false clip on it (just makes it look tough LOL)probably put in classified in a day or so.Thanks for Looking
Its a liner lock in 5160 steel
Titaium liners (blue)
spalted maple scales
stainless screws
modest filework on back strap
diamond stud

Tell me if you guys see something to improve it

That is a fine knife Kevin! I really need to try my hand at folders since that is what I carry everyday.
Do you have a shot of the spine, "modest" filework is my favorite!    :)

I really like that one Kevin. Looks like it's made to do the job but dressed up as well.
Very nice.
I'm sure not a bladesmith but folders take me about four times as long as a fixed blade. Also give about four times the satisfaction.
I look forward to your next one.

Yep, you got those things down pat, love it. Sure wish Ethel wouldn't have been afraid of flying.   ;)  I'd love to "play" with one of your folders...  ;)

I have only acquired one knife from another maker and it was a big folder.
I wanted a knife that I could actually put to hard use if needed, and I don't think there are enough large folders made.
That's a beauty and I think you're on to something.
Make more of 'em.

Kevin, that's outstanding in every detail!  I like the clip point and the shape of the bolsters!  Not to mantion the maple, I wish I could see your work up close!

I was planning to attend the Blade Show this year, however something has already gotten in the way of that plan.  Maybe 2013!

Very nice Kevin. I do love a good folder. They tend to be my EDC blade.  You are killing me with all the great folders your making of late.
