What the heck does one do with a knife like this????  I won it in a raffle a few years ago and recently found it stored away in a closet.  It seems a little too big and heavy to carry around.  I'd like to have a sheath made for it, though.

Ron, it really depends on a few things. Forgive me, but I dont know how else to say this, but is it a high end knife, stainless blade, custom, etc. It's hard to tell from the photo? What is your estimation of it's quality?

I use a knife about that size to carry in the woods to prune limbs and such. You can whip out a bow ground blind pretty quick with one.

Simple answer everything you would do with a tomahawk.

Things to do with the knife, including knife hunting bear, chopping zombies, and chasing cougars and wolves around until the roll over and give up.  If you were military it would be your boarding knife for those up close unfriendly encounters.

Or more realistically, what Lin said.

Thanks guys.  I expect it is a low end knife.  Really low end, made in Pakistan, and upon closer look, not stainless steel but surgical steel.  Maybe I will use it as a machete to clear shooting lanes.  Or put it back in the closet.
