Ringed Bird and Trout

Here's a little bird and trout knife with finger ring that I just finished up for my wife's grandfather.  It's made from a small 6" Nicholson file.  The tang is forged and the blade is stock removal.  Thanks for looking  :)

Curt, that is outstanding IMHO!  I love file knives especially when the file teeth are left exposed.  The twist of the handle is consistant and very appealing.  Very nice file work too!  I like the deep pattern.  I would be interested to see what sheath design you decided on also!

Carpy: Yes, you use a series of files for the spine work.  

Steve:  I made him a neck sheath like the others I've posted.  For anyone confused as to how it works, here's a little video:
