I took a piece of Leopardwood, 100 gr brass insert, a 1/4" brass tube section, some small sections of 1/8" brass rod and made a handle for a broadhead neck knife.  The sheath is made from a leather scrap bag purchased at a hobby store and the neck strap is 25 feet of paracord.

The brass insert was pinned by a section of 1/8" brass rod.  With the lanyard I should be able to free broadheads stuck in some hefty spaces.

The 2 1/8" brass pins are used to keep the broadhead from rotating.  I can pull them out with a multi-tool, but they stay in otherwise.

The finish is a single coat of super glue sanded down to the wood (I probably should have done more than 1), a heavy coat of shellac and 3 coats of spray on Minwax polyeurathane.

Interesting looking knife Jason.  Thanks for sharing.
