I just threw this together because I gave my 'Little Big Knife' to my Dad.. and I missed having a little riding sheath on my belt.  I also wanted to make somthing that could slide onto the strap of my quiver.  And I wanted it to look like a broadhead.

I have a Sam Brown stud on the sheath so that you can loop the knife lanyard around it and use the friction of the hole to keep it in place. Works awesome...

It's 5 1/4" OAL, 1075 with forged finish, peened brass pins (I need to take a class in pins) and walnut burl handle.  I thought it would look better with a flat grind... but the convex grind should be stronger for such a thin knife. Besides, I still haven't figured out flat grinding for some reason.

Also... It has a single beveled edge.  I haven't really finished it yet... but I was excited to see what folks think about this little oddity...

Thanks guys.... I've since cropped that point down a bit.  I had problems with the heat treat and that point was soft. It looks better now I think...

Yes.. it is handy. I wear it every day.  I'm working on it's brother... a skinner of similar ilk.
