Here is a knife made with a Gene Martin carbon blade. Ironwood scales with mokume guards. Mosaic pins in the handle with a brass lanyard tube and nickel silver pins in the mokume. Blade is 4-3/8" and 9" OAL. This one fought me all the way. The scales started out as bookmatched but I didn't sand from the inside of the scales and lost the figure on one side.(DUH!) Ended up with a little epoxy showing between the guard and scales on one side(DUHx2!) Turned out pretty nice anyways. Enjoy!

Really like the look of that knife!!! Looks awesome even if you think you made a couple of mistakes.
