I'm in the same boat. Bought one about 2 mos. ago & I can't find anything about the brace height either. Hope someone here knows. BTW, mine is just a hair under 8" with only a few twists in the string.

I have a '75 Super Kodiak that I shoot quiet a bit.  I have the BH set at 7 7/8", measuring from the string to the deepest part of the grip.   Experiment around with it,  shooting style, type of string, arrows, etc, all may affect what works best for you.  Probably the single thing I did to mine to get great arrow flight was to add an inexpensive Hoyt stick-on elevated rest(@2.50).   I know it is not everyones ideal set-up, but its simple, cheap, and made a difference for me.  Good luck.

I have one that is an early 70's it shoots great at 8 1/4 to 8 1/2  measured from deepest part of the grip. Hope this helps you. FB
It's a great day to be alive !!

I shoot a new Super Kodiak @ 8 3/8in brace.

I believe under 8 1/4 is too low.  Mine shoots best with my style at 8 1/2 to 8 5/8.  Is the quietest at 8 5/8.  670 grain arrow.
