Mountain State Archer

hey guys...my dad goes to the Cleveland Clinic this friday to see a specialist about his back and neck.  He was hurt in the coal mines over 20 years ago and continues to go downhill.  He has no quality of life and is in constant pain. can no longer safely shoot a bow.  Please remember him in your prayers.

Thanks

Prayers sent from Georgia.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!

May God's favor and grace touch be with your dad, and may the healing power of Jesus the Christ touch his body! Amen!
John 8:36
So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

May God's healing hands be placed on your Dad

But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

I hope your dad will soon be better, and on the road to a rich and fulfilling future with his family. May His blessings infuse every drop of the magical West Virginia waters that touch your father, and hasten his healing.

Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

Dealing with aging parents comes to us all, sooner or later and it can be a great trial.

Been away so my prayers are a bit late, but I too add my voice asking God to provide insight to the doctors and healing to your dad, according to His will...and Grace for your Dad to know His will and be strong.

Keep the Son in your eyes!
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!
