A few months back I mentioned that the wife and I were having some problems and that I was taking a job in Alaska.

Well, tomorrow afternoon I start my journey.  I'm going to visit my folks in IN and then start the trek to Alaska after the weekend.

I would appreciate prayers for safe travel and the start of a new chapter in my life.
I think the book is getting awful thick with all these new chapters.

Prayers sent for a safe trip and a fascinating chapter
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

Prayers for a whole bunch of stuff for you, AA.

Prayers that God moves in your world seemlessly as you start this new venture...safe travels, insight and dilgence in the relationship...and His abiding love to be your guiding light in all that you do.

Keep the Son in your eyes!

PS: How the heck do you find jobs in AK?  :)

Well folks I have made it safely.  It was a very pleasant trip, albiet a long one.  I must admit that I had some second thoughts about things but once I started the journey thru the Canadian Rockies and the breathtaking views, I knew at this time this is what my life and soul needed.

I appreciate the prayers and will keep you updated on things.  I will be posting some pics on PowWow of some of the views and wildlife I saw.

Thanks for the PM's and congratulations on the journey.

Prayers continue for discernment and resolution of the relationship issues.

Keep the Son in your eyes, brother...
