So I picked up this Bearcat today, #41@28  1966 66''..

And it is a sweet shooter. I recently joined a new club and am working with some teenagers getting started and thought this would work for the time being. Boy was I missing out, just a great bow that stacks arrows.

Cool thing was I picked up a Vietnam era Western W49, also made in 1966 as well today.

Money well spent. A zebrawood bow that shoots smoothly.   Nice!

In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

I have one just like it but 45# and love it.

Took a few of the local teenagers out this past weekend and they had a blast. This bow worked perfect, and I think they all surprised themselves at how well they shot and fun they had.

66" is a great length for recurves, smooth and forgiving.
