Found this in the bottom of a quiver full of arrows today. Never seen one before and was unable to locate one anywhere on the internet. Maybe it is one of a Kind!!! (Let the bidding begin) But seriously, I thought it would just be cool to share and maybe someone can enlighten me on it along the way.
