KH emblems/dating

I have what I'm guessing is a 76 or 77 KH and the KH emblem on the top limb is on the belly, I just purchased what I believe is a 70 KH and the KH emblem on the top limb is on the back, is this normal? Was there a certain year they changed from back to belly? I'm just curious about this, and didn't know if it could be used for dating older bows.

Emblem changed from back to belly in 1972.
