So far I have struck out with another thread trying to locate a bow that was sold to Al Reader. Maybe this thread will get the necessary attention.

The bow in question is a 1972 A riser takedown that Al bought from a fellow Albertan to "complete his collection" at the time. I think it has 72 pound limbs.

Al's collection is still pretty much intact.  You can imagine how overwhelming it must be for his family.  Slowly and occasionally....some items have been appearing on the big auction site....some nice items and some with issues that Al had gathered over the years.

I've seen quite a few on auction. Seems like many were on the lower end of his collection.

Thanks guys.

It is always a sensitive issue when someone with a huge collection of anything dies. I feel for the family.
