A good friends father passed away recently and he was going through dad's stuff.  He asked if I could help by looking through the boxes of old archery gear as well as old bows and arrows.  I have spent several hours looking through old posts in order to identify things.  What a resource this site has been!  I have lurked for quite awhile but it is now time to step out.  Could anyone identify these two items for me?  And do they hold any collector value?

As you can see it is nicely crested and the shaft is silver.
Little tough to read but it says MJ LOG 2020.

I have identified several broadheads including some nice old Deadheads but this one eludes me.
Inside the circle says M-A and outside the number 2.
Thanks for any help.  I did learn about MicroFlite arrows and after reading how many guys shoot and like them, I think I might have to shoot a few out my Shrew.  If I can tune them I'm sure I can cut a deal.   ;)

The broadhead is just that...  an MA-2  (2 blade)  there is also a sister head called the MA-3  (three blade).  Make-All Tool and Die Co   Allis WI.  They came in several sizes.  They are not especially rare, but are neat looking heads..
These came out in the mid 50's

It was also sold as an Arrowmate head, but the marking was different.

Excellent.  Thanks ChuckC for the quick info.  at least now I have some background on a conversation piece if nothing else.

Anybody have anything on the arrows?

As no one else has had any input. I will give you what little I know. About 7 or 8 years ago at the now defunct Western Rondevouis I bought a box of M J Log glass shafts. These were really Gordon shafts stamped M J LOG. I did some research with the late AL Reader. He stated that MJ LOG was a midwest distributer that bought from the major suppliers then marketed shats and arrows. My guess is and only a GUESS that these are early Eastons 2020s marked with their trademark

LS - thanks very much for the info.  That gives me a start at least.  I guess if they don't hold a lot of collector value we will tune them up and see how they shoot!  Good for rabbits I'm guessing.  Thanks again.
