Bear Broadhead Hone System

Hey Guys I was in an older Sporting goods / archery shop before Christmas. I noticed hanging from the pegs (new in packaging) Bear hone system. Never seen these before.

They are similar to  S 24 tru angle system. They didn't have the files but some type of coarse /fine stone. Had about four or five if I remember correctly. Maybe I should of grabbed them up ? Any info on them is greatly appreciated.
