Can anyone tell me what year this little bear is, item no. 370316477391? I am wanting one that would have been made in 1964. This one does not have a 5thru9 in front of the serial no. so does that mean it must be a 64?

The little bear was made between 1965 and 1978. The listed bow is a post 1970 little bear. I hope to get a 1967 for my son Gunther this year, it would be wonderful for him to learn on a bow from my birth year.

Thanks for the input, and i definately see that it is a 67. I am still looking for a 64 in awsome original condition.

I thought the first year for the Bear Little bear was 1965

I dont know about that I am about 95% sure i have had at least 2 1964 little bears. Searial numbers started with a 2 i think. Jim

I looked thru my copies of the 64 &65 catalog and the little bear according to the Catalog didnt show up till 1965, P.13

Very often the cats dont match what they really did. Makes me wish Al was still with us. I could just call and be done with it. Jim

I also have one with a serial no. that begins with a 2, so that is why i thought it might be a 64. Anyway i have two grandkids so i am looking for another "64"? if that is what they are.
