I followed a tip on here and sanded my nocks to get a looser fit.  They where so tight they where messing up the server.  Well... I got a couple of them too loose.  Any way to tighten them up a little?

try wrapping waxed dental floss around your serving where your nock goes

if i go with the hot water are we talking tap water hot or boiling?

BONE

Elu--I usually stop the heating of the water just before boiling-let it cool a little-dip the nock and test to see if it has softened up. Be careful and wear a glove. It doesn't take much.--Bone

I dip my nocks in about a 1/2 " of boiling water for a couple of seconds and then snap them on and off the string untill they just fit smoothly. Best way to get just the right fit.
