Eastons site says using a 125 point (all I happen to have) 39#-43#

29"  2115 or 2018
28"  2115 or 2018
27"  2113 or 2016
26"  2013 or 1916

Now my draw is only 25" and the arrows I have are 2013. So according to Easton I should cut my arrows to 26" They are currently 28 1/2" Today I fletched 5 with 5" shields. I then shot those 5 and 5 bareshafts at 11 yds (longest distance in my basement).  They grouped in a 6" circle just below the bull with no noticeable difference in the fletched or bare shafts. SO do I leave the arrows alone or cut them down ??

Thanks

I would leave them alone, both fletched and bare are grouping together.I would leave them at that length and try them again at 20 yds. when you get a chance to shoot at a longer distance.11 yds is a good start but I would try them at 20 yds. before I would do any cutting.I don't go by charts very much for traditonal bows, they might put you in the ballpark to start with.If you want 26" arrows you might have to try a lighter spine maybe 1816 or 1913 or 1916.But I would wait until you can shoot at a longer range before cutting them.

You should go talk to Tom and build some woodies with him!  He'll have you shooting like robin hood in no time!
