I just recieved a very nice older Howatt Hunter in the mail today.  I was just wondering if any one had an idea of how old it is.

Don't know the exact year, but the logo indicates early '60's.  It is also a NE PLUS which is an all rosewood riser.

What is the draw weight...unusual to see a Howatt Hunter with white limbs unless it is a low draw weight intended for target archery rather than hunting.

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.
