Flint Head

Take your roasts or stew meat or loins and boil them in water until the meat tender. Pour the water off and get another pot of clean water on the stove. When the meat cools shred it by pulling it apart with you fingers or use a food processor to shred it (don't go to fine). Put the shreded meat in the clean boiling water and add plenty of ketchup and a medium onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Let it boil down to just being jusy...spread some Dukes mayo on a bunn and some of your hash...man that's guuuud eat'n  "[redneck]"
