Your release looks okay to me.  Don't resist the backward motion of the elbow, just let it fly back naturally.

You seem to be raising your shoulders up during the draw, kind of like a shrugging the shoulder motion, which can lead to pinched neck muscles if you shoot a lot.  Use your lat muscles to keep your shoulders down.

Your top limb jerks suddenly forward and seems to pivot around your grip.  I'm not sure if that's a result of you adding torque by gripping at release.

Lastly, in the shirtless videos, your upper body is kind of leaning away from the bow.  In the other videos it doesn't look like you're doing that.  But make sure you lean into it.  It mentally sets the mind toward the target, which is where you want it.

Looks pretty good, what kind of accuracy do you have outside at say 20yds ?

Do you use a glove or tab, I didn't see any ?

Not bad...how long have you been shooting?

One thing I saw...get that finger on your bow hand down....just relax it....don't need to bleed once you screw on a broadhead........   :campfire:

There is a danger of stretching your tendons ( not a good thing ) by shooting with out anything, just beware of this.

I might be wrong, if i am disregard. Are you griping the string with the pads of your fingers (between the finger tips and first joint) or is the string in the first joint of the fingers. First joint or what is called a deep hook is IMO the best way to go. Also it looks like you are trying to open your string hand to let go of the string. Just relax the hand and let the string slip away.

Just to get an idea of what it feels like, put your string arm up like you just released an arrow and point your fingers straight at your target(like in the video), you can feel the mussels in the back or your hand and forearm are tense, now just relax your hand you should feel a big difference.

Tense mussels do strange things to arrow flight.

Here is a video buy RangerB to help understand what i am trying to say.
