Help for release horror!

Hi, i have trouples with my release. I AFRAID IT!, i just close my eyes, and wave my hand down or side or both rightbefore my release  :D  i cant fight it to disapear

You might want to check out a video I did called "Release tips" (do a search for a thread here by that name) to see if that gives you any ideas to work on.

I believe that is target panic, if you are afraid and doing all those things that sounds like a mental issue to me.

Terry, i think this is much worse  :(  i try to post video of my trouble.
