i have just recently changed from r/h to a lefty and had alot of troubles getting a solid anchor, i have just started using a very similar anchor to rick welch and have been going great. i am now practicing my form every day. im doing all different things i started out closing my eyes and shooting witch worked good to isolate one or two things but im now just shooting one arrow at a time from 10 yards and trying to focus on all aspects. and its working great, if a shot doesn't land where i wanted it to,i analyze the shot as im walking to the target to retrieve my arrow, bye the time i get back if i cant figure out what i did wrong and figure out a solotion i put the bow down for 30 mins and come back and start fresh. i now have great confidence in my shots and shooting much better.
Those who hunt miss... those who don't hunt miss far more.
Time spent without bow or rod in hand is time forever wasted.

I've recently began shooting left-handed too.  I didn't switch, but want to shoot left as well as right-handed.  I also use a Rick Welch anchor.

The nose anchor seemed perfectly natural to me right-handed.  I don't remember ever not being able to find my nose.  But it was a problem for a while when I first started shooting left-handed.  Somehow my nose would not line up behind the cock feather.  I think it was a matter of getting my body into allignment left-handed, a lot of little things, but eventually I worked it out.  Or at least that part of it; there's a lot I'm still working out.
