In masters of the barebow 1,2,3, its hard to tell if they are getting there eye directly over the arrow. and if so can I lean the bow and my head to get my over eye the arrow.

A little cant can help, but I would try to get your eye/arrow lined up, before doing to much leaning/canting...it can lead to other problems. I have a problem of torquing the string if I cant the bow, also if you get tired...you will start to wack your nose...or at least that is what happens to me. Work on one aspect at a time up close. good luck.

I don't worry about it.

Shooting cock feather in,my top hen against my nose is my rear sight,,,and so long as I always keep it that way,,,,,I guess my eye is in the right place.
Winning or losing is not the important thing,,the important thing is how well you played the game.

My personal geometry requires me to cant the bow to get my eye over the arrow. It's important to do that, because it automatically takes care of the right/left alignment, so then I only have to judge elevation to get on target.

You can rotate your head or tilt your head.  If you rotate your head, you might turn your nose into the string.  I tilt my head to get my eye over the arrow.  If the arrow seems to be going from right to left toward the target, your eye is to the left of the arrow (RH shooter).  If the arrow seems to be going straight for the target, your eye is over the arrow.

If your bow is vertical and your eye is over the arrow, the string will be visible.  Some people use this out-of-focus view of the string as a part of their sight picture.  As you cant the bow, the string will not be visible at some point, which some shooters prefer.

Some purely instinctive shooters learn to shoot without their eye being over the arrow, which means that they have learned to keep their eye at some other particular location with respect to the arrow, generally to the left of the arrow for a RH shooter.  That can work too, so long as that location always stays the same.  Hard to shoot long distances that way, though, as the arrow continues to diverge as it goes downrange.

Technology....the knack of arranging the world so that we don't have to experience it.

I would suggest to still practice with the bow in every position possible.  If you have to kneel and shoot under branches or something that will change the visual position of the arrow, it would be good to have experienced it before you do it on game.

The way I do it is to tilt my head in just enough that the cock feather touches the right bottom of my nose. Used it for years and have actually looked and my eye is right over the arrow.

HUNT 24/7

I cant my bow a bit, I've noticed when I don't tilt my head to match my bow I shoot left (rh shooter). So yes, my eye is over my arrow.

I cant my bow and my head follows the bow as said by HUNT. Then i draw back to anchor and release without looking down the arrow or at the point.
