I was just watching a video my wife took of me shooting the other day, and I noticed that I blink at the moment of release. I think this might be causing an accuracy issue. Anybody else have this problem and if so, how do you fix it?

My friend also did that, told her to keep her eyes open through the shot and she did just that.  She wasn't actually aware she was doing it until i told her.

From my gun shooting days, especially in the army, i noticed it was a common thing with a lot of people to blink on the shot.  My opinion then, and now, is that it wrecks your follow through because you take your eye off the ball.

Snipers are trained with another sniper looking into their eye on the shot, forget blinking, any movement of the eyeball itself is a no no and ruins the follow through.  Your aim must remain consistent all the way through the follow through.
