That was COOL ! Sorry about your eye , when I was 10 I got shot in the right eye with a BB gun . I had to have several surgerys to see as well as I do. You my want to have a doctor take a look at it just to make sure you didnt scar the eye ball .

Well thanks guys. The eye is doing alot better. It was two weeks ago today that I almost popped it. The bruising is gone and the stitches are out. I did see a doctor a few times and everything is healing fast. I still get a little double vision toward the end of the day but it gets a little better every day. I feel really lucky cause I thought for sure my eye was gone.

Am I crazy or was the eye that you hurt not your dominant eye as well? Which means that you shoot much better than me with stitches in your dominant eye....sounds like an insult from my youth:) I think I need to convince my wife to let me shoot indoors....I wonder what she would think if I was shooting at my wedding ring.....Oh I know, I'd end up with an eye like yours

Yes Allan that was my dominant eye. And I wish that was what happened it would be easier to explain...Yeah the ole lady put a whoopin on me again, turns out she was right as usual.

Really though I think I need a wife to stop me from doing some of the stupid things I do. My friends have been telling me lately they don't think I should be left alone unsupervised.

Great show, man!

I once let my 50# Rebel recurve slip while untringing it, and got a similar slap in the face. That really hurts! You only do it once.
