First year bowhunter

this is my first season to ever bowhunt.  i bought a recurved last year and i was hooked.

this is my 3rd harvest this year.  it's missing half its rack.

 

shot him at 18 yds

shot a 6 point at 48 yds ( i know....too far, not ethical, etc. i missed the same 6 pointer at 12 yds 3 days prior and i really wanted to make up for my bad shot.  he only made it 20 steps and fell)

shot a doe at 23 yds

having a great year so far but not with my rifle...i've missed 3 so far this season
