What's up guys. I'm due for a new set of bibs and have been shopping around. I get cold pretty easy and have been looking for the warmest bibs out there. I'm not interested in bibs like the Columbia unlined wool type, I've had those and theyre okay for a couple hours but I'm looking for the kind that can keep me in the stand all day when its windy and 30 some degrees. I'm not looking for input on layering and not interested in heater body suits. I'm just looking for some warm @$$ bibs. As always thanks fellas!

BAK

30 some degrees, sounds like summer groundhog weather in the Midwest.

Check out Day One, or Natural Gear.

King of the mountain makes a treestand bib.  Looks great.  I think they are in the $800 range.

LL Bean lined Malone wool bibs. Check them out before you buy anything.

Warmest available = Cabelas Stand Hunter Extreme.  Friends who advised me hunt ALL DAY in single and sub 0 temps, including wind.  I hunted this fall all day, some in 20-40 degree day temps with nothing more than base layer.  Warm ALL DAY.  Heavy- but amazing gear.  I have tried most everything- nothing like this stuff.  Usually on sale for 1/2 around Christmas and New Year.

If we're not supposed to eat animals ... how come they're made out of meat? ~anon

Bears can attack people- although fewer people have been killed by bears than in all WWI and WWII combined.

I have a pair of bibs that I bought from Gray Wolf that are supper warm. They make them to your specs. I don't think there is anything warmer out there.

Im leaning towards the Cabelas stand hunters. But those grey wolf camo patterns are wicked! The Sitka seem cool but the price and Camo aren't my favorite. Thanks guys!

I have a set of Day One fleece bibs. The are lined and have a wind blocker lining too. I believe with all the options on the linings they are under $300. I have only worn them twice in 3 years because they are too warm for me here in Indiana. Yesterday is was 63 degrees, but I may need to drag them out with wind chills in the low teens for the next couple of weeks!

I mistakenly put I had standhunter bibs mine are the dry plus extreme cold weather bibs(discontinued)extremely warm but the parka is a bit noisy, don't know why I was thinking they were standhunter bibs.. sorry for the misinformation..

mine are super warm almost too warm for 30 deg.. all I wear underneath mine are a pair of polypro underwear, even when its down in the low 20`s.. can sit for 5-6 hrs.. have the Parka also.
