I love looking at all the wonderful bows that so many talented bowyers are producing today.

But it seems on many of their websites that there are wonderful pictures of riser and limb wood combinations but there aren't any profile pictures of their bows strung and unstrung.

I really want to see the profiles of their bows. The amount of deflex, reflex, and riser length and transition etc.

Just some random thoughts on a Thursday. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

Probably not exactly what you are looking for.  These are 46" youth longbows, I like to keep the brace height fairly getting hit by the string is no fun.  These range from 12# to 17#  20" and are pretty good little shooters.

It's a good idea, and I'm sure they would provide them if asked.

You can't always tell even so.  Different designs use different sections of the limbs to "do the work".  A third image of the bow at full draw would be the full story.  ;-)

I'm with you on this and the suggestion to add full draw an excellence idea!

Jess, who make those kid bow?  They look awesome!

Thanks for your posts. I agree with Stumpkiller a pic at full draw would be fantastic.

South MS Bowhunter, I built the bows.  Thanks for the compliment.
