So with additional changes for this season, I was wanting a blind. I think it'll help get my boys out with me more. I'm looking for suggestions on a larger blind. It doesnt need to be a mansion, but Id like plenty of space, like say... 2 adults + shooting room. Anyone using one they like?

Is "Big Mike" the name of the blind or... the dealer?

They are made by Barronet blinds. Good quality and big enough for the longest bow to have clearance. Good window setup also and can get them for under $200 bucks

I'll second the Big Mike, although the description of the Big Cat has me intrigued. I always tried to set up with a slight uphill shot because of the taller windows and it sounds like they fixed that issue. And ground blinds are tailor made for introducing kids to hunting. Both my boys started going with me at 2 years old. Bring a blanket, toys, books, and plenty of snacks! Good luck!

I highly recommend Lucky's Hunting Blinds out of Ubly, MI...high quality, quick setup, waterproof, and rugged!  They have changed their models and I don't know if they still offer the models my Dad and I have...I think mine was called the "Texas Special".  His blind is a little bigger...easily fit two people and still have shooting room.

My choice was Barronett Big Cat 350. I love it. I can shoot my 66" longbow in this blind from a seated position. Lots of room.

Take the time to build a decent (and semi-comfortable) "brush" (natural) blind.  The enclosed nature of the pop-ups will be a difficult thing for young'uns to handle for too long.

Enclosed blinds require a unique ability to sit still...be quiet...and pay attention.  Ask me how I know..

Barronette makes the largest blinds I know of.
