Do the narrower heads like the Stos or Grizzly give you better flight because of less wind resistance? Say compared to the wider Magnus. I have some Magnus blades and am wondering if I would get better arrow flight in windy conditions with a narrower head. Of course, I am still looking for good penetration and cutting action.

Yes.  Putting a broadhead on an arrow is like putting a small wing up front.  A properly tuned set up should shoot about any head just fine, but obviously a smaller head will create less problems in the first place, and would have an inherent advantage in the wind as well.
