I've used it and would probably use it again. I can't say it's done anything magical but I've had a couple deer downwind that's seemed to hesitate or be confused. I always felt like if they're downwind I'm busted anyway so a little scent can't hurt. I think the can recommends a hefty spray, which makes more sense as a cover scent. Like most things you'll probably have both favorable and poor responses from deer.

It's odd to think we can smell it, a foreign  smell to the woods, shouldn't deer become educated to associate that smell to the hunter.  Used it again last night and a 1.5 year old buck eventually got downwind of me and just held there for 10 minutes, then moved on. Not a bust though.

They will. Heavy hunting pressured deer have learned to 'look up' for tree stands.
