The way my post office handled it was that we both filed certain parts of the claim with the money coming to me as the buyer, but the seller was re-imbursed his shipping as well. Shawn

don't use a courire to ship to Canada. They charge a huge brokerage fee at the receivers end. Use the post office only.

For shipping to Canada, Pete is right on. Brokerage firms use thier "brokerage fees" to legally rip off the public.
UPS, FEDEX, and Purolator all come under this little ripoff scheme.
A minor "handling" fee runs around $15.00 if I remember correctly.
So much for "free trade."

Also, if ya ship to Canada just label as sporting goods, do not put bow or arrows on the customs form! Shawn

There is  problem if it is labled Archery Equipment or Archery Bow.

The Brokerage firms at UPS / Fed Ex and others charge 25% of the  Declared/insured value for "Brokerage" plus taxes.

The post office charges $5.00 plus taxes.

i had a bow sent over to england from the U.S,when it got here the packaging had bee ripped off and then taped back together with this tape!!!! like the muslims are gonna use bows!
 

On regards to shipping cost I've got some where between $35 and $15. I usually try and get them to remeasure until they get it down to around $20 including insurance. It is funny, I mailed a bow today ,started at one post office and the guy wanted to charge me $31. Could not get him to run the numbers better, so I went to the otherside of town (small town) to another post office and the lady tells me it will be under $17. Meanwhile, the other guy that I'm trading with across the country is getting told over $100..... It is not the people conspiring.
