I lucked in to an entire Dealer's card of these old nock points. They are rubber and instructions say to place in desired location and using a match or cigaret gently heat until a round orb is formed. My question is, do they work? How well do they stay in place?

Figured some of the old timers might know the answers. Never used them but if they will stay put they look to be more appealing than the metal ones.

Danny... I used them way back when and they worked just great. I'll bet if I looked through my stuff hard enough I'd find one somewhere.

Killdeer

I remember seeing them, but never bought the new-fangled things. Around 1969, 1970.

Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.
