While shooting today I have noticed that on some shots while drawing the bow it felt real smooth. And a couple of times it was like drawing back and hitting a wall. Hard for me to explain but like a dead stop. Any ideas ? Thanks, your comments are greatly appreciated.

Thank You,
Mike

Maybe you overdrew when you felt you hit a wall?<><

Back off the screws about a half turn and soften things up at the back end of the draw.Oh, never mind you might not be shooting heavy metal.  ;)    :biglaugh:

Nah James sounds like he is shooting a real trad bow.  :saywhat:

Me 4...

Cool thing about a bow that stacks right at the end of your draw length is you can use it like a "hard wall" on a compound.

One of the best longbow shooters out there, Redbow, has had a few of his bows purposely built that way in the past.  That natural draw stop can seriously help your accuracy, especially at longer ranges.
