Well fellas, this is the countdown. Not near as many guys coming as promised at the bunny-hunt, but, it IS summer and I suppose they are busy doing family stuff.

We will all meet at Landon Bay campgrounds, we will have sites B15 and B16.

Friday, me, Tom, Nick and maybe Luke will hook up and set-up camp( quickly so we can go and shoot some fish!)
Manny and Jake are to roll in on Saturday morning and friday nite.
Barry will join us on Sat. and hopefully Swampbuck can sneak over on Sunday for a visit.
this is gonna be alot of fun, let's pray for nice weather.
It is our long weekend due to Canada Day on the 1st of July.
We will be wading for the spawning carp, the most fun way to shoot them. When you get almost eye to eye with a big carp, kinda evens the playing field. also, having a 40 pound fish slamming ya in the onions???? well, THAT is living!                
Good food, good fun, lots of camaraderie, some beer drinking, campfires, shooting our bows( and we are ALL longbow shooters) at the campsite, swapping tall tales etc.

There is still room for a couple of guys, but you have to get in now.

I didn't know they had onions in Canada.

 

It's not lookin good for me Cary,my sister is in town for the grad parties and plans on stayin at my house that weekend after my folks head over to my other sister's house.She's her from Texas(my folks from Fla) so unless she books out early I'm hangin around home.

    So it sounds like the excitement is beginning to mount towards the end of the week about the festivities of proper bow-fishing... Are we going to start having official documents for hunting?  Frank seems to think that there will be imposters showing up as the OBB!      :eek:    Tom, I'm sure that someone will do a coffee run for you, if just ask them and flash your grand grin!!     Remember we have lots of mosquitoes and POISON IVY, please come prepared!
