Thought I might post some pics of another "tiger stripe" selfbow. This is the third one that I have attempted. On this bow I only stripped it from one direction, left to right and then flipped it end for end and did the same again. It gave a dark to light fade from one side to the other which is the effect I was after. What do you think of it?

This bow is made from osage billets. It is just over 57"ntn ,,70lbs@28" with almost 2" wide limbs that taper to 1/2" at the tips.

The 30" draw might put a damper on that though Kenny.

What do you think Flatstick. 58", 50-55# with a 30" draw possible? If so what would you recommend for dimensions?

I'm talkin Osage selfbow.

Beautiful bow! I like the slight recurved tips, gives it an awesome side profile. But the finish is the real selling point.

Nice work!!

It doesn't matter how or what you shoot, as long as you hit your target.

Fantastic bow.  Could you share some tips on that striping?  I have a bow I made for my little boy that I have to finish up and that striping would look awesome on it.  Thanks.
