Just purchased the 47# Super Diablo listed in the classifieds and was wondering what arrows I should getfor it, with my 60-66# bows I draw 28 3/4 to back of riser so figure it may be a tad longer for the 47# bow, what carbos and aluminums would be a good starting point, keeping in mind it has a B-50 string.... Thanks, Dean--- More then likely will shoot off a elevated rest also since it has the bushing..

I have a 45# Martin Victory with a FF string. Best arrows I have found for it are Arrow Dynamics Nitro-Lite. I pull an honest 28" and the arrows are cut 29 1/4 with a 125 grn. head.

PICKNGRIN

You might go to OL Adcock's site and see what he recommends.  I have used it and have had excellent results using 1816's and 1914's with 100 grain tips.  I shoot bows in the 46# range, pulling 27".

Thanks guys, will be shooting 150 gr. screw in Woodsman broadheads, Im guessing Ill probably draw 29 in. or a little better to back of riser with this light of a bow since I draw 28 3/4 with a 66# recurve...

SOS

GT 3555's full length with 125 grain point ought to work great.

BAK

I shoot an ACS #47 pound and use the 45/70 weight range carbons.

I can believe no one has mentioned the Easton Axis 500's. I run them witht the 100 grain brass inserts and 125 points. They weight in at about 515 to 520 grains and shoot great out of my 46# Morrison and the DAS traveler I have right now, it is set at 45#'s. These are some very durable arrows.

duck'n

I shoot GT 3555's with 100 gr. brass insert and 125 gr. head left full length.  This out of a 48# Ancient Spirits Sequoia longbow and a 45# Bear recurve.  They fly great out of both.

Toxophilite

Dean, I get great arrow flight from a 46# @ 28" Assenheimer using these carbons:

GT 33/55 full length (30") Trads w/145gr points (435 gr total)and

CX Heritage 150's cut to 29" w/145gr points (483gr total).

Both are fletched w/5" fletch.
I hunt with 150gr screw-in snuffers on the CX Heritages.
I'm only as good as my first shot.

Toxophilite, thats about the set up Im looking for 9-10 gr.#, really like GT 35/55`s so may give them a try...Everyone thanks for your suggestions..Dean

2114's will shoot like a dream. Jack Howard called this shaft the most forgiving shaft made by Easton.

indianalongbowshooter

Bill, that would be great have a bunch of 2114`s!

I also like the 2114 for my 45-48# bows and use 2115 in the 50 -55# range, mine are 30" and use a 145 grain field point but go to 175 2 blade zwickey for hunting. Both arrows fly like darts for me!
