Terry,
How long are your arrows and what length Shrew ? The reason I am asking is when I was down at JC's a few weeks back he was showing me these nice new quivers, but they sometimes come out with the arrows below , or close to the end of the lower limb tip ??? He had a 4" offset bracket for his Morrison that puts the hood 4" higher up. Pics are on another thread on here, just cannot remember which thread ???

Is there a size difference in the hood of the Kanati/Shrew quiver and the hood of an Eagles Flight quiver?

Terry,

What a great write up! It hit home with me in a great way! I guess it would though, since I build the Kanati Bow Quiver. We are glad to build the Shrew Custom quiver line for Ron LaClair and his fine line of Shrew bows. I am the owner or chief laborer of the company called Anneewakee Archery. We have been building these quivers for 2 years come August. We are proud first to uphold quality in fine leather working to turn out quality bow quivers. Our goal is to build the finest hand crafted quivers on the market. Thanks for the great pictures. Your quiver looks great on your Shrew.

No Cams,
The Shrew Custom quiver works well on shorter bows. I have a 58 inch Shrew that I can load 29 inch arrows without nocks in the dirt if you know what I mean.

Two Arrows,
The Kanati Bow Quiver uses a special foam hood replacement that is exclusive to only our quiver. While the Eagles Flight quivers are nice the Kanati / Shrew quiver is a diffrent quiver all together. Feel free to contact Ron LaClair or Anneewakee Archery for more details if needed.

I'll be a gittin one for my Samarai.

Terry, you got the bleeders in those heads?

  I don't own a Shrew but I took a peek anyway.

Very Nice!

You guys are killing me with all this shrew talk and the new quiver and pictures and all. I just ordered my first shrew last month and still have a long wait.  Looking forward to shooting the new 54"er.

Mr. LaClair,

The quiver looks great.  The only problem I see is in the pics of the quiver on your bow, the bow is wrong handed!    ;)

This picture was sent to me by Dan Smith to show how he likes to mount his Shrew quiver. With the hood on the back side it allows the arrows to be more in line with the limb of the bow. It's nice to have a choice.

Well Bill, Ron just solved that problem for ya. LOL Thanks for posting Ron. For me hunting out of a tree this quiver position gives me a little more room to manuver the bow. And I think it looks better. JMHO. Out Door Dan
