I just found allot of Bamboo in my woods  and I need a few pointers on how to tun them into arrows.
    What diameter for 55-60# spine
How to make self nocks in them
    Best way to straighten
    How "green" should they be
Do I need to seal them

thanks in advance for all help

Just to say that I love bamboo for arrows. Ranger 3 gave the link, I don't think Mr. Lotz has any "bamboo" arrow making hints, look for tips on river cane arrows there.

River cane is a type of bamboo, so Ferrets info on makin cane arrow works just as well for bamboo.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Goodbye Shiner you were always a good dog.
