Does anyone know of a service that grinds feathers for fletch.  I was recently successful on a turkey hunt and would like to use the feathers as fletch on my hunting arrows.  I have used feathers in the past from different stores and they work fine.  I just thought it would be nice to use the ones off my turkey.
Thanks
Joe

I found a place that will do it for a reasonable price.

Have you read this thread?  I process my feathers the same way, and it is simple, but very effective.

I strip them like on Mickey Lotz's site, It works very well. But I flech them by hand, so I'm not sure how they will work in a jig.

to answer your question better... try customfeathers.com or raven arrows for actual grinding service...

Sean, I strip them like Mikey also and use my  Bitzenburger jig just fine.
