I just got a call from metsastaja (my brother) with the "Hey go check out Mr. Martys Thread.  When I got to post # 117 I knew that I was in trouble!

He wants me to donate a bow to the person who wins the APRIL hunt. SURE! Good Idea! I can do that! I will also complete a detailed build along of the bow. (Warning I use ancient Technology! but they do kill piggys) Needless to say Brother will be donating the materials for one of my recurve bows.  Here are a few pics of some of the different bows that I have made.  I

 

 

 

 

 

If you are the lucky winner and decide that you do not want or need the bow I will complete the bow for the next St. Judes Auction and donate it in your name.

I wass surprised that Marty's pig catching thread only pulled 3 pages of posts, this one is up to nine pages already. Oh yeah, this is TERRY"S THREAD, not Marty's!

Anyways, the more guys get to know Marty, the more guys will love him like we do. He's pretty special.

This is pretty depressing; I'm going to be driving all day today and will not be able to watch for post 200 like a vulture   :mad:  

I'm going to have to call Whitey and get him to register and add some classic Marty video.

BK  I was having a spine issue. I posted the problem here and every one said I should make the arrow longer. I just did it the easiest way I knew how.

How about a few stories about our buddy Marty for guys who don't really know him? We were in a seafood restaurant one time. The waitress gave us a few minutes to study the menu before coming back to take our orders. Without thinking, our old buddy Marty innocently asked "How's the snapper?" You could've heard a pin drop......
