im usin Shields right now, and i like them, i just kinda change feathers each year, than again as i have only shot for 2 or so years, i started out with 4 in Parabolics and this past year i used 5 in Shields with a reflective cap wrap, and i klnow ill never shoot an arrow that dosent have the wraps, life savers...

Okay I will chime in, nanners are cool but even the low profile are not just noisy but loud. A parabolic is the quietest and the P+Y plain look like they belong on a trad arrow. That said I shoot a Shield as I get some of the best of each, it is not as noisy as a nanner but stabilizes the arrow well, it is not as quiet as a parabolic but quiet enough for me and they look pretty good as well. Although the ideal set-up may be a four fltched arrow with 4 3" parabolic feathers. Shawn

I like them screechin' nanners!   :D   They cover up the hitch in my release.   ;)

So ol Kevin was shooting die-cut parabolics in Robin Hood?  I could have sworn he tied on traditional shaped feathers.  I will have to go back and watch that again. That was still a pretty good movie.
