I make mine large and trim away everything "extra" with sharp scissors. I used an old tab to get the hole size close and customized from there.  5 minutes.  Cordovan.

I would like a copy of the template as well if it isn't too much trouble.  Thank you.

I make my finger holes so they will fit tight over leather gloves for hunting. Size holes to fit!

Hey three under.  I have never seen a tab with two finger holes, I just modified a split finger tab. Are two finger tabs like this in the picture the norm?  Thanks for the picture, I am going to try to make one from standard leather.

Is the picture a right hand or left hand tab?
